Lightweight design
Aluminum magnet wire products are 30% lighter than copper, helping reduce overall vehicle energy consumption.

Excellent high-frequency performance
Litz wire reduces losses by 40% in high-frequency applications (10 kHz–1 MHz), improving OBC charging efficiency.
Resistance to harsh environments
Resistant to vibration and high–low temperature impact (-40℃ to 180℃), suitable for the complex operating conditions of automobiles.
Technical Highlights

The independently developed low-loss flat enameled wire is produced using imported MAG (Austria) equipment. The enamel film uniformity error is ≤±0.01 mm, and the scratch strength is ≥15 N, meeting the high-speed operation requirement of 15,000 rpm for new energy vehicle drive motors. Litz wire products have been successfully applied to high-end models of leading domestic automobile manufacturers, supporting the achievement of a 200 km driving range with 10-minute fast charging.
