Wire Drawing Process
Utilizing multi-die wire drawing technology, the roller speed and current in 1 to 8 die stages are precisely controlled by adjusting tension and ratio, achieving dimensional accuracy and stable operation.


Rolling Process
Precision grinding using the French REDEX rolling mill ensures uniform copper rod diameter, smooth surface, dense microstructure, and minimal defects.
The rolling speed can reach 400 meters per minute, with efficiency approximately four times that of conventional equipment, meeting the demands for efficient production of enameled, coated, and paper-covered wire.
