Paper-wrapped wire typically features a copper or aluminum conductor and electrical paper insulation, which may be impregnated with insulating varnish for enhanced performance.

Paper wrapped wire is constructed by wrapping multiple layers of paper tape around a conductor, which is then varnished or cured to enhance overall strength.

 The shapes of paper wrapped wire include round wire (Φ2.5~6.0mm), flat wire (4~80mm²), and a combination of multiple flat wires stacked together.

Paper wrapped wire's conductors are made of high-purity oxygen-free copper or aluminum with a conductivity of ≥99.97%. The insulating paper can withstand temperatures up to 155°C and is not susceptible to aging even after long-term operation.
