Product Introduction
Continuously transposed conductors are made up of multiple strands of wire that are continuously transposed. They are used in power transformers, high-voltage motors, and large, high-power cables. They significantly reduce eddy current losses and unbalanced currents, improving transmission efficiency.

Material
CTC conductors are made of oxygen-free copper (or aluminum) conductors. Single conductors are insulated with PVF, EIW, AIW and other enameled materials, and the outer layer is covered with insulating paper or composite insulating tape to form an overall insulation structure.
Bonding
Multiple strands of fine wire are precisely bundled using a continuous transposition (CTC) machine, where the conductors automatically swap positions at regular intervals to ensure even load-bearing on each strand.
Shape
Flat strip or rectangular wire bundles are available with customizable widths (3–12.5 mm) and thicknesses (1–3.15 mm) based on slot and winding requirements.

Transposting
Italy PROTECO
The transposition head utilizes the Italian PROTECO system, offering a high degree of automation and a transposition accuracy of better than ±0.1 mm.

Twisting
Germany Queins
The wrapping machine utilizes the German QUEINS constant tension control system to ensure consistent wrapping of each wire.
The entire production process is digitized (MDC/DNC system), enabling intelligent and traceable production.

The MDC/DNC system integrates production processes digitally, accelerating the company's transformation into an intelligent, efficient modern smart manufacturer.

Packing Reference
Cylindrical wooden or plastic spools, as well as tapered plastic spools, provide maximum protection against conductor bending.
External packaging can be made using IPPC wooden pallets, wooden boxes, or Euro pallets, meeting domestic and international transportation standards.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Typically, it takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the order quantity and degree of customization. For urgent orders, we can prioritize production.
Q: How is your price calculated?
A: Prices depend on wire specifications, material, quantity, and process requirements. We will provide a formal quotation after confirming your detailed requirements.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We typically accept common international payment methods such as T/T (Wire Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). Long-term customers can negotiate more flexible payment terms.
Q: What if there is a problem with the product I receive?
A: Please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will promptly investigate the cause and provide a return, exchange, or reissue service to ensure your safety.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes. We provide standard samples for testing purposes, and some samples are provided free of charge. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Q: How do continuously transposed conductors (CTCs) work?
A: CTCs use multiple continuously transposed conductors to evenly distribute current, reducing eddy current losses and localized heating, achieving efficient energy transmission.
Q: What equipment is CTC suitable for?
A: They are suitable for high-voltage motors, transformers, and large, high-power cables, supporting long-term, high-load, and stable operation.
Q: How do you clean a CTC?
A: Wipe with a clean, soft cloth. Avoid contact between strong acids and bases and the insulation to maintain the integrity of the conductor surface and insulation.
Q: What precautions should be taken when installing a CTC?
A: Ensure that the conductors are arranged closely together, avoid excessive bending or stretching, and maintain the integrity of the insulation.
