This launch meeting focused on the " EcoVadis Comprehensive Service Solution for SMEs". The project leader not only systematically explained the core meaning of EcoVadis , but also, in light of the characteristics of the power industry, broke down the actual value of the assessment system to the company's business - from standardizing the entire supply chain management process to improving the ability to proactively prevent and control environmental and social risks, and laying a solid foundation for expanding high-quality cooperative resources, allowing the participants to clearly perceive the significance of the project's implementation.
The heads of various departments also had a thorough exchange on the coordinated advancement of subsequent work: from the timeline for data sorting to the coordination mechanism for cross-departmental cooperation, and the detailed breakdown of phase goals, the division of labor was clarified and a consensus was reached on site, laying a solid foundation for the orderly advancement of the project.
