September 10th , TMC Australia Transformers visited our company for a fruitful visit and exchange. The TMC delegation visited the company's core production areas, including the copper transposition workshop, enameling workshop, paper wrapping workshop, and aluminum transposition workshop.

In the copper transposition workshop, the TMC team learned in detail about the special process and product advantages of copper transposition conductors.
In the enameling workshop, the enameling process sparked great interest among TMC members. The advanced technology employed here forms a uniform, durable, and highly insulating paint film on the surface of the conductor, significantly enhancing its insulation and service life. Regarding quality control, during high-speed production of enameled flat wire, online monitoring is employed. Four high-speed surface defect inspection cameras work in tandem to achieve 100% surface coverage inspection. The system accurately captures cosmetic defects such as paint particles and paint smears, physical damage such as embossing, and even hidden bubbles, felt threads, and foreign matter.

In the paper wrapping workshop, insulating paper undergoes various wrapping processes to provide reliable insulation protection for the conductors. In special scenarios, paper wrapped conductors have unique advantages.
The aluminum transposition workshop is the company's specialty. The transposition technology developed based on the characteristics of aluminum conductors has effectively solved the problems of aluminum conductors in power transmission and improved their application performance. At the same time, it leverages the cost advantage of aluminum materials to provide a cost-effective solution for the reactor market.

The TMC team praised the production processes and equipment in each workshop, and the two sides had a lively discussion on process details and technology development directions.
TMC's visit has built a bridge for in-depth communication and cooperation between the two parties. We look forward to further collaboration in various areas, including technology research and development, product manufacturing, and market expansion, to bring more innovative results to the power technology industry, promote industry progress, and contribute to the global power industry.
